How I miss everyone, and Canadian food

I'm getting used to it, it will be a hard transition back to normal, I REALLY mean normal, I'm not exactly going to stand out in Canada, being here as a western looking girl is almost like being a celebrity!!! It's kinda fun, everyone wants to test out their English on us, everyone waves to us( including elemtry school children who are just random on the street!

You know what I really wish I had right now? A bag of lays chips! I am going to buy them if they are at the airport in Vancouver on the way hone!!!!!! Does anyone want to ask anything about Japan???

  1. Pukora is captivating and intriguing! Is it like a regular photo booth?? How are the classes at school - how many students in a class (bigger or smaller than you are used to)? How is the equipment - do they have computer labs or computers in every class, or do students bring their own (or all of the above)? Are the rules the same for using electronic features like "no texting in class"? Have you seen new technologies (in addition to the photo booth pukora!)? How do the students interact with their teachers - same or differently than in Canada (formal, informal)? What about their homework - does your sister do lots at night, or do you all have time to hang out?

  4. That is so funny - my friend's daughter just started university in the U.S. and she says she can't find Lays All Dressed there. Is that the flavour you are craving? I suppose my chips talk isn't helping you get your mind off your craving - just like I could develop a craving for yummy, authentic Japanese food after reading about your lunches an other meals.
